We are very proud to have won the “Best CPD initiative”award at Memcom19 for the platform we built for The Institute of Leadership and Management.
The platform enables members to self-assess against TILM’s framework of best practice leadership capability and get access to personalised bite-sized content where they have gaps in their knowledge all via a mobile phone. They are then awarded a digital badge when they meet TILM standards.
